Testimonials:“I'm definitely feeling stronger and enjoying being in my body and enjoying life more because of what you've taught me. It feels like a whole new chapter in my life. I'm already doing things I wouldn't have dared tried before your classes e.g. I lifted a 35 lb big bulky bag of dog food and poured it into the dog food container this morning. And guess what? It didn't cause any pain!! I wouldn't have even dreamed of attempting that a few months ago." - Lynn”We have attended Harjit’s Beginner Stability Ball class for a few months. Being quite different from our Pilates classes, but still complementary, we have felt the benefits of greater strength, balance, flexibility and posture. We both have troubling shoulder issues and last week, they were at top of mind. Harjit focused on increasing movement and relieving pain. We were pretty amazed at how much better we felt after and even more impressed several days later when our shoulders were still pain free. Stability Ball is fun and a great way to mix up your fitness routine.” - Carolyn & Janet
